Brent's interest in recruitment was sparked whilst backpacking in Thailand, following a chance conversation with someone from Canada. Fast forward 10 years, he's recognised as a top performer who been instrumental in building a hyper growth start-up turn into a global force, including the successful set up of a New York office. After spending 2 years in across the pond, Brent's returned to the UK to build the next market leading recruitment partner- Method Cloud, a Salesforce recruitment company.
Having spent most of his career surrounded by recruiters with limited to no tech knowledge. After 10 years it's safe to say Brent knows a thing or two about tech and is currently studying towards his Salesforce & Agile certifications to become a true expert. Brent's mission is to be an active member in the Salesforce community, while bringing an honest, authentic & dedicated approach to recruiting, while cutting out the bull s**t.
